Are you a source factory or a trading company?
We are a source factory located in Dongguan, China, with our own Hastelloy extrusion lines and Class 1000 cleanroom. We welcome on-site factory audits at any time.
What is the maximum operating temperature of your PFA tubing?
Our PFA tubing can withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 260°C, with a low limit of -200°C. It also offers the best creep resistance among fully fluorinated polymers at high temperatures.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Do you provide samples?
For standard sizes, we support small batch samples for testing, and bulk production starts from 1 meter. We welcome customers to test our samples on their machines first.
What certifications and test reports do you provide?
We provide full certifications such as SEMI F57, FDA, USP Class VI, and ISO 9001. Additionally, every batch comes with a COA (Certificate of Analysis) and batch traceability.
What is your regular delivery lead time?
Standard stock sizes can be shipped within 1-3 days. The bulk production lead time is usually 7-15 days, depending on the order quantity.
Can you provide custom sizes based on drawings?
Yes, we do. We offer custom services for non-standard sizes, flared ends, reducing tubes, and heavy-wall tubing. Please provide drawings or specific parameters, and our technical team will evaluate and sample for you.
